Friday Fashion Faux Pas and Fabs
This is definitely not a fashion faux pas. This is a flowing sea foam dream…..
Friday Fashion Faux Pas and Fabs
There are many styles of fashion I admire. I really like some of the Japanese street styles and gothic lolita. It is great to be carefree when you step out in your outfit of choice. However, this ganguro style, if you can call it style, is really pretty damn ugly. Some of the most beautiful women on the face of the planet are Asian. Why would you want to compromise that with this faux pas extraordinare?!!!!
Baby Beauty Queens And Their Controversial Palace
Lots of cities across the nation have annual fairs and talent shows. Usually a beauty pageant is featured. It has been pretty much understood that the contestants involved are female teenagers. However, child beauty pageants are on the rise. We are talking six-year-olds, folks. One of the motivational factors, to be sure, is the prize money, title, crown, and all of the media attention you get. I can’t believe that since the 1960’s we have subjected little girls to this. When most children are playing outside or drawing, there are hundreds more setting their hair, practicing their acceptance speeches, and smiling so hard you think their faces are going to crack.
I wonder how much they really like this. You are taught to be as perfect as you can be. There is no room for any mistakes! You have to develop a talent so you can showcase this during the competition. This is the only thing that makes sense to me. However, putting on fake tans, hair, nails, and a plastic exterior does not make any sense whatsoever. These girls look like they came hot off the barbie press. How can this be a healthy way for a child to develop? Would this not fuck with their heads in the future if they developed zits on their porcelain face plate? What if their butts got cellulite or the bunions on their feet exploded out of their Cinderella slippers?
Do the parents of these children ever stop to think that they are robbing their little ones from the one time in their lives they can be carefree and innocent? Are mothers so obsessed with this and these girls have a schedule so daunting they compare this with prison? It is in a way. There is a real sickness about this whole baby beauty pageant queen thing. There is no throwing fits. You can’t behave like the child you are. You are expected to look, act, and be someone you are not. I think the heads of these parents should really be examined. No one is perfect, especially children.
Just think, when you hear the laughter of children and see them playing, there are others on their way to the makeup table getting ready for their close-up.

These are serious web cams for compulsive users that can’t stop at using simple plastic based ones. I would almost consider these perverted, if they weren’t so cute. At at price tag of nearly $600 bucks, you better treat your little Swarovski crystal adorned peeper with respect!

Some of my favorite ads in fashion mags are from Calvin Klein. I don’t know if these are the result of his vision or if he just has a great art director. They are saucy, spicey, and heaping with sexuality. My favorites are the greasy, grimy ones. Here is one of his visions.

At the tender age of 21, he started to take the fashion world by storm. One of my new favorite designers, he has achieved well deserved success!!!

One of the most beloved entertainers to hit international appeal last year was the ever talented Prince Poppycock!
